Application cutoff for 2010 Division II Fall Championships was Friday, December 3, 2010

Please ignore the statement above regarding the application date.  Teams do not apply to the Fall Championship Tournaments - teams qualify to represent a Member Association and are reported to the State Office.  This statement is a system-generated message based on the configuration of the competition.  

Click on Teams & Schedules on the left side of this screen to access your age group's game schedule. 

Brackets is a listing of the participating teams.  If team names do not appear on the Brackets listing or on the schedule for your age group, please be patient.  Teams will be placed into the competition when they are reported to the State Office by your Association.  The deadline for providing team information is end of day on Monday, November 29th.  If your team is not listed after that date, please contact your Association to determine whether your team has been reported.

Please be sure you have the following items with you when checking your team in at the competition:
* Roster listing all players and coaches signed by an official of your association / club
* ID Cards - laminated and with a recent photo - for all players 
* Adult Participation Pass (Kidsafe) for each adult - only PINK cards are valid
* Penalty Point Report showing all cards issued and signed by a league official
